2025 Q4 | December 18, 2025
Summary
This quarter’s release delivers major enhancements across workflows, alerts, search, and task management to help users work more efficiently and stay aligned with regulatory updates. We’ve strengthened Compliance Advisor review processes for both Authoritative Documents and Obligation workflows; introduced clearer indicators and filters for updated bill alerts; improved Authoritative Document search using common names; and added powerful new filtering options for overdue tasks.
Authoritative Documents and Requirements Workflow: Compliance Advisor Review Enhancements
We’ve introduced a structured workflow to streamline the review of Authoritative Documents and Requirements. The enhancements include:
Clear review tasks with guided fields for accurate, standardized evaluations.
Automatic routing of Advisor updates to the appropriate team for approval.
Improved transparency and consistency across all reviews.
A new Task Type filter for easier task organization and management.
Bill Alerts: Visual Indicator for Updated Alerts
We have introduced a new way to help users quickly identify bill alerts that have been updated on the source site.
When a bill alert is updated at the source, the system now automatically marks it as ‘Needs Review’ so you can easily spot items that require your attention.

A new triangle icon indicates when an alert has been updated at the source.
A new filter option, Recently modified bills only, has been added.
Users can select this checkbox to view only those alerts that have received updates.
Logical Bill Stage Order in Alert Insights
The Alerts Insights bar chart now follows the logical stage order of the bill progression:
Introduced → Passed Body of Origin → Passed Second Body → Sent for Signature → Became Law → Died
Enhanced Common Name Search for Authoritative Documents
We have improved the Authoritative Document (AD) search experience across Regology by supporting highlighted related AD groups when users search using common names (e.g., the "Patriot Act" or the "Affordable Care Act").
Common-name searches now surface the corresponding Authoritative Documents in their defined order.
Related AD groups are highlighted in search results for quicker recognition.

These enhancements also apply across Agentic Workflows and Reggi, ensuring a consistent and improved AD search experience across the platform.
View and Filter Overdue Tasks
The Task detail page now offers more nuanced filtering options and better visibility for overdue tasks.
Added a new “Overdue” option under the Due Date filter to easily identify tasks past their service-level agreement.
Improved filtering capabilities with support for:
Status (including New)
Owner (e.g., Compliance Advisor, RCM Team)
Last Updated Date
Users can now combine multiple filters (Status + Due Date + Owner) to search tasks.
Tasks with due dates earlier than the current date are automatically flagged as overdue and shown when the Overdue filter is applied.
