Tasks

Overview

Tasks in Regology allow users to request and track actions related to artifacts such as Authority Documents, Risks, and Controls. Tasks facilitate collaboration and ensure that compliance-related activities are completed efficiently.

Navigating to Tasks

To access the Tasks page:

  1. Click Tasks in the Compliance Management section of the Regology main menu.

  2. The Tasks Page displays all tasks in your organization, including:

    • Task ID: Unique identifier for the task.

    • Source: Origin of the task (e.g., Control, Authority Document).

    • Description: Summary of the task.

    • Applicability: Relevant Authority Documents.

    • Owner: Assigned user/group.

    • Status: Progress of the task.

    • Due Date: Deadline for task completion.

    • Actions: Available actions such as uploading or downloading evidence.
