Use Cases
Regulatory Event Search
Users can search for specific regulatory events using text and various filters to narrow down the results. For example:
A user searching for a regulatory event titled "Consumer protection" from Arizona Banking can refine their results by including specific keywords and agency filters.
If that regulatory event is not part of company alerts, the system provides guidance on adjusting alert configurations to capture similar regulatory events in the future.
Feed Subscription Testing
Before subscribing to an agency feed, users can:
Test various keywords and preview feed content for relevance.
For example, a user interested in environmental regulations can input keywords like "emissions" or "renewable energy" to evaluate if the feed contains the desired content.
This ensures users subscribe only to feeds that meet their specific requirements.
Understanding Subscription Results
If subscribed feeds do not deliver the desired results, users can troubleshoot by:
Reviewing their feed configurations.
Adjusting filters like jurisdiction, agency, or keywords to improve relevance.
For instance, a user receiving irrelevant alerts can exclude certain keywords or refine document types to better align with their Regulatory Change Management objectives.
