Creating & Uploading a Policy

The Policies tab enables a company to ensure add its policies to the platform and ensure it is updated to match any changes in underlying regulations.

To upload a policy document:

  1. Click Policies in the Compliance Management section of the Regology main menu.
    The Policies tab appears.


  2. Click the Add New button in the top-right section of the page.
    The Upload Policy modal appears.

  1. Enter the policy Title and Description in the fields provided.

  2. Enter the name of the Owner of the policy document in the field provided.

  3. Enter the Effective Date and the Last Update Date in the fields provided.

  4. Enter either the Document URL or drag and drop the policy document in the field provided.

  5. Click Cancel at any time to discard any unsaved changes.

  6. Click Save.
    The modal closes and the policy is created.

When a new policy document is uploaded, the policy created is automatically published and available to associate with any authoritative document.
