Introducing 'Bill Research' Skill in Reggi
We've added a new skills under the Reggi search bar: Bill Research. This skill allows you to refine your searches by status, jurisdiction, and specific details like bill number, name, or topic. Simply enter your criteria to get tailored results.
Generate Summaries for Agency Updates Using Reggi
Reggi now offers a feature to generate summaries for agency update alerts, which are accessible directly in the alert detail view. To activate this feature, go to the Administration panel, select “Reggi Settings,” and enable “Show Reggi generated summaries for agency updates.”
Citation Links in Requirements and Controls
We've enhanced Requirements and Controls by adding citation links directly within each entry. These links are conveniently located under the corresponding controls or requirements for easy access.
Also, when you copy responses related to requirements and controls from Reggi, the associated citations will automatically be saved in the citation field within the details of each requirement and control. This ensures all necessary documentation is easily accessible and organized.
New Widgets and Enhancements
Explore the upgraded "Compliance Overview" dashboard, which now includes detailed information about requirement owners and their statuses. This enhancement allows for a clearer view of compliance responsibilities and progress across different areas.
A new widget “My Requirements” is added to the "My Work" dashboard.
'Saved Views' Feature in Law Library
Now, you can easily filter and save your preferred views of authoritative documents. Pin your favorite views for quick access and share them effortlessly with other users, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
Assigning Ownership to Groups
You can now assign groups (teams) to authoritative documents, allowing alerts to be routed directly to specific user groups. This improves the management of impact assessments and enhances team responsiveness.
Managing Inactive Bills
Bills that become inactive at the end of a legislative session are now marked as “Died.” These bills will no longer trigger alerts or appear in search results. Additionally, when users hover over the "Died" status in the bill progression timeline, a tooltip will display the following message: "The bill has become inactive as the legislative session concluded, yet it has not been enacted into law."
Updated Email Notification Settings
The default frequency for email notifications related to Mentions and Comments is now set to "Daily."
