Regology sends notifications to users and teams when they are mentioned in a comment, routed an alert, or if there is a task for them to complete.
Notifications can be viewed in the bell icon at the top right of your account:
When clicked, you will see all notifications (both system-generated and assignments to you from other users):
Blue dots indicate that a notification is unread. Clicking on the notification will take you to the corresponding object:
