Summary
We have introduced powerful enhancements to the Agentic Workflow, including a new List View and smarter ways to add Authority Documents and Requirements. In addition, the new 'Show Gaps' filter enables faster policy alignment, while Customizable Reg Change Management Workflows give your teams greater control, collaboration, and visibility.
Agentic Workflow – Latest Updates
New List View
Agentic Workflow now defaults to a clean, readable List View, improving navigation and management of large sets of Requirements and other compliance objects.

Linkage icons appear on hovering over each compliance object to reveal related items.
Graph View can be accessed via the three-dot menu.
Enhanced Add Dialog for Authority Documents and Requirements
The Add Authority Documents and Add Requirements options now support search with suggestions, topic-based grouping, and multi-selection. Requirements added from ADs automatically inherit the AD’s topic mapping.

Requirements & Citation Enhancements
Key Requirement dialog now displays citations and jurisdictions for linked Requirements.
Access Control Updates
Admin users now have write access to the "Fine-Tune Requirements" option regardless of workflow ownership. All other users will have read-only access.
“Show Gaps” Filter & Toggle
A new Show Gaps checkbox in the Filters panel and a toggle in the Policy dialog highlight previously unaddressed Requirements, helping compliance teams quickly identify areas needing attention.
When enabled, Requirement IDs appear for the Requirements that were gaps in the policy content next to the relevant policy clauses. Hovering over the icon displays details: ID (clickable), description, citation (clickable), and jurisdiction.

Customizable Reg Change Management Workflows
Reg Change Management Custom Workflows empower organizations to define and customize how regulatory change alerts are reviewed and addressed. Key highlights:
Customizable Workflow Steps: Configure steps such as Relevance Assessment, Applicability Analysis in a guided flow.
Collaboration: Assign tasks seamlessly across Compliance teams and Advisors for structured reviews.
Task SLAs: Enable RCM admins to define and track SLAs for timely task completion.

Alerts Status Customization
We’ve introduced customizable statuses for Alerts that reflect the options defined by your admin under Compliance Objects. These statuses appear directly in the Alert dialog’s status dropdown, letting you track and reflect the exact stages of your organization’s regulatory change management workflow.
