Creating Tasks from Controls

Controls have Applicability mappings, such as location and functional area assignments, which determine the contexts in which they are applicable. When you create a compliance run, a Task is generated for each Applicability mapping combination (such as location and functional area combination in that Control). A notification is sent to users who are assigned to that location and functional area. Similarly, you can create other Control-related Tasks to discuss other aspects, such as gaps or enhancement opportunities in the Control design.
