Closed impact assessments can be reopened if further review or action is required.
To reopen a closed impact assessment:

Navigate to the relevant alert and open its Impact Assessment tab.

In the Impact Assessment tab, click Reopen.

A confirmation prompt will appear, noting that the assessment status will return to In Process.

Click Yes to confirm and reopen the assessment.
If the alert is in Excluded status, you must first change it to a different status by selecting an available option from the dropdown before reopening the assessment.
