New Feature: Law Library Review and Approval Workflow
We are excited to introduce the Law Library Review and Approval Workflow, a new feature designed to streamline document approval and management within the platform. This enhancement ensures a structured onboarding process, providing control over the changes to the law library.
System Scope to Monitor Status of Feeds & Corpora
Easily track activated content in your system and ensure its accuracy. Check the status of repositories and agency feeds — all in one place under System Scope.
View Status of Activated Content: Provides status of repositories and agency feeds activated in your system. It helps understand gaps in your compliance. Work with your Administrator to activate the missing content.
Issues & Resolution: View identified content issues and estimated resolution time.
Regulatory Change Alert Insights Shown as Micro Widgets
Introduced clickable insight widgets in alerts.

Users can customize widgets - add new widgets and choose between different chart types.
Initiate Reggi Research Case from a Topic in Law Library
Users can now seamlessly initiate a Reggi Research case directly from a Topic in the law library. This action navigates to the Multi-jurisdiction Research screen, with the Topic field automatically populated based on the selected Topic. This enhancement helps users conduct deep research on documents under a Topic.

Improvements to Email Notifications
Enhanced Email Notifications powered by Reggi: Emails now include only relevant, actionable content.

Configurable Empty Email Notifications: Customers can opt in to receive "no updates" emails.
Improvements in Alert Emails:
Alert emails are now sorted by relevancy and published date for better organization.
The "View All" button applies filters to match the alerts displayed in the email.
Enabling "Include Comments" includes the latest comment for each alert in email notifications.
Enabling "Include Notes" ensures the latest note for each IA is included in emails.
Other Improvements
Saved "Group By" Selection: Users can group alerts by jurisdiction or topic and save the Group By preferences in a saved view.
Reggi is now capable of processing prompts that request output in table or tree formats, enhancing the readability and organization of structured data.
Sample prompt - “Explain the cybersecurity-related regulations in the state of North Carolina step by step. 1) The output of the summary should be based on - Source, Background, Purpose, Key Requirements, Publication Date, Effective Date, and Penalties. 2) Generate a tree diagram that shows the systematic position of the regulation in relation to other factors. 3) Generate a table that lists the summary of the output.”Revamped Keyword Set Tab:
Keywords are now categorized into Active and Inactive sets.
Dropdowns show only activated Keyword sets.
Administrators can activate/deactivate keyword sets for better management.
Edit Sources in Multi-Jurisdiction Research: Users can now edit sources directly within the jurisdiction research view, providing greater flexibility in managing sources across different research contexts.
Improvements to Attachment Functionality in Impact Assessments (IA): Users can now upload multiple attachments using the new "Upload More Files" button.
Sorting Enhancements in Impact Assessments: Sorting is now available for Impact Assessments by Created Date.
Layout Management Enhancements:
Admins can define and save layouts across tenants for themselves and all users.
Users' layout preferences take precedence over admin settings.
Admins can reset layouts to the default Regology layout if needed.
Preferred Display Language Configuration:
Admins enable this feature via the "Appearances and Preferences" tab.
Once activated, users can set their preferred display language from the Profile menu.
Easy Selection of Topic in Law Library Filters: View laws mapped to a topic by leveraging the new Topic filter with a collapsible tree structure displaying available topics.
All admins now have equal permissions to view, edit, and delete saved views.
In Additional Data sources, only subscribed feeds are displayed by default.
Ability to assign a citation to user-uploaded custom documents.
Support for "Agency" filter in Additional Data Sources. Easily view feeds available for an agency in Regology’s inventory.
Edit Mode for Alert Routing Rules: Prevents accidental modifications with confirmation prompts.
