Summary

This release introduces enhancements across Agentic Workflow and platform capabilities. The new Control Harmonization Workflow, along with improvements to policy review, approval transparency, and premium feature management, helps teams manage regulatory and policy content more efficiently.

New: Control Harmonization Workflow (Agentic Workflow)

Introduced a new workflow to harmonize controls and maintain accurate relationships across Authority Documents (ADs), Requirements, and Controls, and find gaps.

Key highlights:

  • Launch workflows directly from the Controls list view.

  • Automatically surface existing mappings and identify missing controls for reviewed requirements.

  • Add and remap controls, authority documents, and requirements within the workflow.

  • Resolve mapping conflicts and refine scope using Find Related Requirements / Controls.

Agentic Workflow Enhancements

Policy Gap Analysis: Filtering Prompt Suggestions

The system can now generate a suggested Filtering Prompt when the Company Prompt lacks sufficient context or does not align with policy content. Users can generate, edit, and apply the Filtering Prompt alongside the Company Prompt to improve requirement extraction results. 

Updates to Policy Diff View

Policy changes can now be reviewed using a simplified Show Updates view.

  • Additions and deletions appear inline using highlighted formatting.

  • Users can download, copy, or open policy updates in a new tab.

  • Actions such as Save Changes, Mark as Reviewed, and Mark as Rejected are available directly in the policy dialog.

Jurisdiction Display for Requirements

Jurisdiction information is now clearly displayed next to citations for both Requirements and Key Requirements. This is presented in a distinct label format (e.g., US – AZ) to help users quickly determine the applicable region.

Platform Enhancements

Updates to Law Library Approval Workflow

We’ve enhanced the Law Library Approval Workflow to improve visibility, transparency, and record-keeping for approvers. 

  • Approvers are prompted to enter a reason when approving requests.

  • Parent and child authority documents can be approved together or individually.

Maintain Versions of Policy Content (Policy Module)

Policy version management now provides clearer visibility into historical changes.

  • The policy modal displays all available versions with the active version highlighted.

  • Users can revert to any previous version.

Enable or Disable Reggi Premium Features

Users can now manage premium Reggi settings at a granular level from System Configuration → Reggi Settings.
